The Sands Township Complex at 987 South M-553 includes an indoor gym/multi-purpose room and kitchen that can be rented. See below for rental rates and information.
Indoor Multi Purpose Gym & Kitchen
Sands Township Multipurpose Room/Gym and Kitchen can be rented by the hour or for multiple hours. These rooms are located at the rear of the Sands Township Office Complex building at 987 South M-553.
Please note: The consumption of alcohol and other controlled substances on property owned by Sands Township, including the park area, is prohibited, with the exception of indoor events in the multi-purpose gym area that follow the guidelines of the rental agreement and all other laws in regards to alcohol use and provides the required liability insurance certificate.
Outdoor Pavilion
The outdoor Pavilion can be reserved for a $75 deposit. All trash and garbage must be hauled away.
